USPIE’s new film, ‘Truth & Lies in American Education,’ educates parents on the horrors happening in American schools — and gives tools to fight back

October 3, 2022

COLUMBIA, S. C. — Parents across America are growing more and more outraged at the types of books their children are exposed to in public schools. Despite a growing movement to ban certain books from schools in order to shield children from inappropriate content, liberal radicals are fighting for the explicit subject matter to remain in the hands of America’s children, claiming that banning inappropriate books denies children the “resources [to] help them deal with the challenges that confront them.”

Sheri Few, president and founder of United States Parents Involved in Education (USPIE), is a passionate voice in the fight for parental rights regarding their children’s education. Few is an executive producer for USPIE’s latest feature film, “Truth & Lies in American Education,” which sheds light on the insidious nature of the American public school system — and equips parents with the tools and resources needed to enact change in their local school districts.

“Child-grooming pornography should be banned from public school libraries,” Few stated. “Why should seven-year-olds be subjected to unsuitable, salacious pornography? When you actually look at the content found in some ‘children’s’ books, it will shock you.

“Liberal activists suggest that banning these books is censorship. This is ironic on so many levels.

“Parents and other taxpayers who object to pornography in children’s books are being accused of violating the first amendment of the US Constitution. Why aren’t the liberal activists concerned about other blatant censorship of parents who are being banned from public school board meetings? What about their first amendment right to address their elected representatives in a public forum? Parents who speak out are being called domestic terrorists and threatened with criminal arrest.”

Few continued, “US Parents Involved in Education recently released a documentary film titled ‘Truth & Lies in American Education’ that exposes the false and harmful topics being taught in America’s government schools. The documentary is shaking up Americans of all backgrounds and political persuasions as they see how their tax dollars are being used to harm children and topple what’s left of America’s freedom.”

USPIE provides key resources for people who want to fight back against critical race theory, sex education and indoctrination, and other concerning pedagogies in American schools. “Truth & Lies in American Education” gives an insider’s look into the troubling agendas in education. The film follows Few’s own daughter-in-law, April Few, as she makes the shocking discovery that the governmental education system — the one intended to help and educate America’s children — has been infiltrated with toxic propaganda.

“‘Truth & Lies in American Education’ should be an eye-opening — and horrifying — experience for many Americans,” Few explained. “Witnessing April uncover these upsetting truths about the system that she was set to send her children into is sobering. We’re hoping that this documentary not only opens the eyes of the viewers but spurs them into action.”

Truth & Lies in American Education” includes powerful testimonies from educational experts such as Karen England, Alex Newman, Dr. Duke Pesta, Dr. Carol Swain, Sam Sorbo, and others. The film is available for streaming on SalemNOW, as well available on DVD
