Dr. Michael Brown Will Wow the Crowd at Dr. Alex McFarland’s Tennessee Truth for a New Generation
Top-Name Speakers Join McFarland and Brown in Murfreesboro, Including Josh McDowell, J. Warner Wallace and Kamal Saleem
GREENSBORO, N.C.—If there’s a cultural topic making faith-centered headlines, author and radio host Dr. Michael Brown is on it.
Brown is a frequent columnist for The Christian Post and addresses the most pressing societal issues on his daily radio program “The Line of Fire.” In fact, Dr. Alex McFarland will join Brown on the show Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. ET to talk about the upcoming Truth for a New Generation (TNG) apologetics conference next month in Tennessee.
Brown will be a featured speaker at the conference, and for more than two decades, McFarland has been gathering influential speakers for his national Truth for a New Generation events. Now, he is taking his apologetics conference on the road, with the first regional stop in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Sept. 14-15.

Dr. Michael Brown is the founder and president of the FIRE School of Ministry in Concord, N.C., director of the Coalition of Conscience, and host of apologetics television show, “Answering Your Toughest Questions,” which airs on the NRB-TV network. He became a believer in Jesus in 1971 as a 16-year-old heroin-shooting, LSD-using Jewish rock drummer. Since then, Brown has preached throughout America and around the world, bringing a message of repentance, revival, reformation and cultural revolution. He holds a Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Literatures from New York University. Brown is the author of 27 books, including the highly acclaimed five-volume series “Answering Jewish Objections to Jesus.”
Brown’s two newest books are “Playing With Holy Fire: A Wake-Up Call to the Pentecostal-Charismatic Church,” where the author sounds a wake-up call to the church and addresses some of the most glaring problems, from inaccurate prophetic words that obscure true ones to ministries using scripturally armed marketing techniques in order to manipulate believers into giving, and “Saving a Sick America: A Prescription for Moral and Cultural Transformation,” a handbook for a biblically based moral and cultural renaissance and reveals that the key to recapturing America’s greatness consists in returning to its spiritual and moral roots. America is at a tipping point, and never has this been more apparent than right now.
Joining Brown and McFarland in Tennessee are legendary apologist Josh McDowell, faith investigator and author J.
