LOS ANGELES—In just under two months, Lancaster Baptist Church will host its annual Spiritual Leadership Conference, where thousands gather in Southern California to be refreshed, motivated and renewed in their leadership roles.
The June 10-13 conference is geared toward a wide variety of roles and interests, with 70 sessions in 13 different tracks dedicated to pastors, assistant pastors, children’s ministry workers, Christian educators, church administrators, ladies, media and technology staff, musicians, security personnel, student ministry leaders and teenagers.
“Investing in leaders is what drives us to develop the most practical, inspiring and equipping conference we can—year after year,” said Lancaster Baptist Church Senior Pastor Dr. Paul Chappell. “With more than 5,000 attendees from all 50 states, a focus on soul-winning and discipleship is a priority. Our prayerfully considered sessions, which are grounded in the most timely, cultural concerns of leaders, help these leaders fulfill the Great Commission—the greatest calling of their lives.”
Biblical preaching and teaching from the keynote speakers will edify and encourage attendees to make a difference with the Gospel of Christ. Some of the topics covered in these keynote sessions include: Planning for Pastoral Succession, Biblical Preaching, Engaging Culture with Timeless Truth, How to Make Wise Decisions and Community Outreach.
Keynote speakers include: Dr. R.B. Ouellette of First Baptist Church in Saginaw, Michigan; Dr. David Gibbs Jr., founder of the Christian Law Association; Tyler Gillit of Worth Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas; traveling evangelist Dr. Tom Farrell; Dave Delaney of First Baptist Church of Long Beach, California; and Ryan Thompson of Liberty Baptist Church of Newport Beach, California.
