Abortion ‘Solves No Social Issue, Gives No One Equality, and Ushers More Deaths Into Communities Already Disproportionately Plagued by Violence’
January 10, 2022
The Guttmacher Institute, a pro-abortion research organization formerly affiliated with Planned Parenthood, recently released a report titled, “State Policy Trends 2021: The Worst Year for Abortion Rights in Almost Half a Century.” But what comes as the “worst” year for the pro-abortion community is lauded as a victory for those in pro-life circles.
Ryan Bomberger, chief creative officer and co-founder of The Radiance Foundation (Radiance, www.radiance.life) is a pro-life advocate and passionate factivist. He believes that abortion is an injustice that should be abolished. Bomberger commented, “Pro-abortion activists criticizing the passage of pro-life legislation—laws that recognize the humanity and inherent worth of an entire group of people—is like segregationists lamenting civil rights bills. It’s not surprising that an organization birthed in eugenic racism—the Guttmacher Institute—is sounding the alarm about the protection of those they deem less than human. The activist group is named after Alan F. Guttmacher, the long-time president of Planned Parenthood and the Vice President of the deeply racist American Eugenics Society.”
Bomberger continued, “The radically pro-abortion former ‘research’ arm of Planned Parenthood can’t be bothered with facts as evidenced by their absurd assertion that ‘black and brown people lack access to abortion.’ Abortion in the black community is 3.6 times higher than the majority white population, according to the CDC. There’s no lack of access; there’s obviously abundant access to the violence that solves no social issue, gives no one equality, and ushers more deaths into communities already disproportionately plagued by violence.”
Bomberger contends, “Abortion is systemic racism. For years, more black babies have been aborted than born alive in New York City. In 2018, for every 1,000 black babies born alive, there were 1,226 aborted in the borough of Manhattan, where Planned Parenthood is headquartered—a ratio four times higher than whites and over two times higher than Hispanics. Yet pro-abortion activists, like Guttmacher, argue there is a ‘lack of access.’ How many more black lives should be taken by abortion?”
