PEORIA, Ill.—For the 15th year, Samaritan Ministries International (samaritanministries.org), one of the leading health care sharing ministries in America, has been certified as a Best Christian Workplace by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI) based on confidential responses to a survey of Samaritan staff members.

“Samaritan Ministries’ staff has the often uplifting and gratifying job of helping Samaritan member households honor God with their health care sharing,” said Anthony Hopp, Samaritan Ministries vice president of external relations. “Our team has the privilege of connecting members who are acting as Christ’s hands and feet, assisting in the practice of Biblical community and bearing one another’s burdens, as Galatians 6:2 instructs. These remain as our core values and part of the unwavering mission of Samaritan, even as the health care landscape changes almost daily. We love being able to help connect our brothers and sisters in Christ as they love and care for each other—and in this important task, we can bring glory to Him.”

Samaritan Ministries members frequently provide feedback on how they enjoy and appreciate interacting with Samaritan staff.

“Nothing but incredible service,” said Allan and Melissa in Texas. “This ministry has reached out to us and prayed over [us] in some low times with needs that we have had. We’re thankful to be part of a wonderful ministry doing God’s work!”

“Even with a large need during a year that was financially hard for so many, members were so faithful in sending their shares,” Sara in Hawaii stated. “There were also a few times that I had questions regarding different issues, and I was always able to get a quick and helpful response from Samaritan Ministries staff.”

“Thank you to the staff who makes this ministry possible,” Merle in Indiana said. “Although we are blessed with good health, being able to help others is a true blessing.”
