‘Stand in the Gap Today’ Now Airing Weekday Afternoons on WAVA in Washington, D.C.
Radio Ministry from the American Pastors Network Addresses Most Newsworthy Headlines from Biblical and Constitutional Perspective; Weekend ‘Best Of’ Show Will Also Air on Saturday Mornings
PHILADELPHIA—As of Jan. 1, 2018, “Stand in the Gap Today,” a daily one-hour radio program from the American Pastors Network (APN, www.americanpastorsnetwork.net), is airing on WAVA-AM, reaching millions of potential listeners in the greater Washington, D.C., area.
From 3 to 4 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, listeners in the WAVA broadcast area can hear host and APN President Sam Rohrer address the most pressing faith issues of the day from a biblical and constitutional perspective and welcome guests with varied expertise. Joining Rohrer as co-hosts are Dave Kistler, president of the North Carolina Pastors Network (NCPN, www.ncpastors.net), and Gary Dull, executive director of the Pennsylvania Pastors Network (PPN, www.papastors.net).

WAVA will also air “Stand in the Gap Weekend” on Saturday mornings (WAVA-AM at 8 a.m. and WAVA-FM at 6 a.m.), which brings listeners the most popular segments from the previous week’s show. “Stand in the Gap Today” airs on 425 stations nationwide and can also be heard live online from noon to 1 p.m. ET at the American Pastors Network website at the orange “Listen Live” button on the right-hand side; find a station here.
Besides the Washington, D.C., area WAVA coverage reaches into Baltimore, as well as to Harrisburg, Pa., to the north and Richmond, Va., to the south.
