Over the years, The Tide Annual Golf Benefit has earned the reputation as a great event that is popular among golfers of all ages and skill levels. It is one of the longest-running events at Penn National, and is regularly an at-capacity sellout. Organizers fully expect that the 2020 event will be no different.
Golf courses have been open for several weeks in the central Pennsylvania area, and some safety measures will be put into place for the outing, but certainly won’t detract from the fun of the day as participants raise money for the worldwide work of the ministry.

Golfers will be entered into drawings for a variety of prizes, including drivers, irons, bags, push carts, a GPS unit and more. On designated holes, individuals will also be able to compete for prizes for the longest drive, longest putt and closest to the pin. In addition, a $10,000 hole-in-one prize is being offered on the ninth hole.

For nearly 75 years, The Tide ministry has recorded and broadcast Gospel programming in nine countries on three continents in 27 heart languages spoken by millions of people in multiple regions of Albania, Bhutan, India, Kosovo, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Thailand and Zimbabwe. With more than 7,000 languages spoken worldwide and more than 2,000 people groups that have been unreached by the Good News of Jesus, the opportunities are tremendous.
