The Tide® Ministry Joins Community of Music Lovers and Christian Speakers at Creation
The Tide Ministry Will Share Information About New Campaign, Every Knee Every Tongue, at Annual Festival in Mount Union, Pa.
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa.—The Tide® (www.thetide.org) global radio ministry is ready to experience the Gospel of Christ like never before through music and His Word, as well as bring tribute to the Creator, at the upcoming Creation Northeast Festival this summer.
The Tide ministry will join other faith-based organizations and music lovers of all ages at Creation 2017 from June 28 to July 1 at the Agape Camp Farm in Mount Union, Pa.
“We are honored to again be a part of this four-day event with Christian speakers and the nation’s biggest names in music,” said The Tide Director Don Shenk. “For many years, it’s been wonderful to interact with people of all ages as they gather in community and fellowship, and as we have the opportunity to share more about how God is reaching His people through The Tide ministry.”
At Creation, The Tide will share information about its newest campaign, “Every Knee Every Tongue,” inspired by Romans 14:11, which says, “For the Scriptures say, ‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bend to me, and every tongue will confess and give praise to God’” (NLT).
The Tide ministry references Romans 14:11 in its latest initiative because the verse raises the following question: How will every knee bow and every tongue proclaim praise to God if we don’t share what Jesus has done with others? Currently, The Tide ministry reaches people in seven countries on three continents through radio programming in 24 heart languages. Nearly a quarter of the world’s population lives within the current range of The Tide radio programming, and with nearly 7,000 languages spoken in the world today, the opportunities are tremendous for people to hear the Word of God.
Later this year, The Tide ministry will offer programming in its 25th heart language—Isaan, spoken by 19 million people in Thailand. That initiative will allow Thailand to join multiple regions of Zimbabwe, India, Nigeria, Nepal, Bhutan, Albania and Kosovo, where The Tide ministry is already active in broadcasting Gospel radio programming.
