Sheri Few: ‘The film will ensure America’s families have access to the information they need to navigate and support their children’s education — and empower them to act as effective advocates for change’

COLUMBIA, S. C. — Parents across America are waking up to the unfortunate reality of the modern education system — today’s schools are far too busy indoctrinating children with the “woke” agenda to focus on traditional education. Even as the government claims to elevate the role parents play in education with new legislation, leaving the government to educate children with their own ideology is resulting in a disjointed educational model. A recent Supreme Court ruling gave the government even more jurisdiction in education as the case Carson v. Makin set the precedent for even more federal funding in schools — giving the government a bigger stronghold on what is being taught.
This is why United States Parents Involved in Education (USPIE) is dedicated to returning the authority for children’s education to their parents and guardians by helping communities to escape federal and other national influences. USPIE believes parents have the right and responsibility to raise their own children, and that parents have the right to decide how their children should be taught and what they should learn.
USPIE’s latest project, a feature film titled “Truth & Lies in American Education,” analyzes the breakdown in the American education system and provides viewers with the startling truths that the government doesn’t want them to see.
USPIE President and Founder Sheri Few commented, “An informed public is vital to safeguarding educational excellence. The film will ensure America’s families have access to the information they need to navigate and support their children’s education — and empower them to act as effective advocates for change. We are confident that the film will encourage national and local conversations about these critical issues for families and educators in order to advocate for solutions to what USPIE believes is the most troubling and challenging domestic policy issue facing America today: children being brainwashed in government schools with the very real potential to topple what is left of American freedom.”
The film is the true story of April Few, the young mother of two children, who takes the audience through her eye-opening experience of setting out to learn about government schools and her discovery of the alarming answers to questions such as:
- Are standardized tests being used for data collection?
- Is there a federal education scheme to control the nation’s economy?
- Why is the study of history so often anti-American and anti-Christian?
- Are children being taught to become political activists?
- What is the true aim of “comprehensive” sexuality education?
- How much transgender influence is there in government schools?
- What about critical race theory and the 1619 Project?
Credentialed researchers, professors, authors and highly experienced individuals with first-hand knowledge — such as Karen England, Alex Newman, Dr. Duke Pesta, Dr. Carol Swain, Sam Sorbo, and more — are interviewed in the film to shed light on the facts. The powerful documentary is designed to not only bring awareness to this important issue, but to also spark a movement of dedicated parents and educators fighting for a change in the education system.

United States Parents Involved in Education (USPIE) is a nonprofit, nationwide coalition that seeks to return education to its proper local roots and restore parental authority over their children’s education by helping parents and local communities to escape federal and other national influences. It is the vision of USPIE to create a culture where parents, empowered with the authority to choose what and how their children learn, are the undisputed primary educators of their children, where local schools operate in support of families, and where education is unencumbered by federal mandates.
