PLANO, Texas — NickV Ministries is excited to announce an upcoming series of outreach events in Central America featuring acclaimed evangelist Nick Vujicic. Previous ministry campaigns have included tours in Japan, Hungary, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Mexico and South America.
NickV Ministries’ upcoming tour through Central America marks a bold step in the ministry’s global campaign to reach 1 billion more people with the Gospel by 2028.
“There are more than 4.3 billion people who don’t yet know Jesus,” said Nick Vujicic. “That’s why we’re not slowing down. We’re committed to bringing the Good News to a billion more souls by 2028.”
Nick’s personal journey is itself an inspirational story highlighting the joy and hope found in Jesus. Born without arms and legs, Nick struggled with depression and loneliness throughout his childhood and adolescence, culminating in a suicide attempt at the age of 10.
Today, he is a bestselling author and celebrated speaker, traveling the globe to deliver the Good News of Christ to millions and serving as a miraculous testament to overcoming seemingly insurmountable odds.
Nick shared, “I’ve travelled to 84 countries to share my story with people worldwide, from students and young people to business professionals and even world leaders. I want to share a special message with the world based on my own story and encounter with Jesus: There is hope.”
The tour kicks off August 20 in San José, Costa Rica, with two events for young people that are estimated to reach 16,000 combined attendees through a livestream and in-person outreach. The next stop is in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, at Iglesia Ebenezer with Pastor Germán Alfonso Ponce on August 21, where Nick will address over 12,000 people.
The following day, Nick ispartnering with Pastor Corney Dueck from Life Church Belize at Digy Park for a local outreach estimated to reach 7,000 attendees.
The tour then makes a stop in Guatemala on August 23, where Nick will join Pastor Jorge Erdmenger from Iglesia Fraternidad Cristiana for a 12,000-person outreach.
Along the tour, Nick will visit “Igleisa Taber” with Pastor Toby in San Salvador, El Salvador, where he’ll speak to 16,000 attendees over two events.
The tour wraps on August 25 in San Salvador, where there are events that could include visiting prisons, an orphanage and speaking to students nationally.
Most events will also feature prominent coverage through national television broadcasts.
It’s all part of Nick’s global mission to share the message and hope of God’s love with people everywhere.
“The opportunity to impact huge numbers of people through events is an amazing way to feel the joy of the Lord,” said Nick. “I have heard countless stories of joy, hope and inspiration.”
The live tours are just one piece of the dynamic range of ministry outlets and resources from Nick V, including a robust presence on YouTube with over 1.5 million followers and a rich array of training resources for ministry laypeople.
Nick said, “I’m here to tell people that they are special, they are loved and that God has an amazing plan for their lives. And if God can use me, a man without arms and legs, to be His hands and feet, then He will certainly use any willing heart. If we give our lives to him, he promises to give us hope and a future.”
