Planned Parenthood closes biggest abortion facility

WOODLAND PARK, Colo. — Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, closed its doors to its abortion facility in Houston, Texas, once the largest abortion center in North America. In July, the organization announced that it would close two abortion centers in the Houston area, one of them being the 78,000-square-foot Prevention Park facility. “With Texas having banned abortions for a few years now, and President Trump signing the bill to defund the abortion giant, its two main sources of funding have dried up.” Life News reported.
The closure of this Planned Parenthood facility goes to show the power of prayer and the persistent hard work of all those in the pro-life movement, according to Richard Harris, executive director of Truth & Liberty and host of the Truth & Liberty Show.
“We rejoice today that a Planned Parenthood facility where an estimated 110,000 innocent human beings were murdered in the womb is now closing down!” says Harris. “The dirty business of killing babies for money is beginning to crumble in this country, as the largest abortion facility in Texas is no more! This news shows that prayer works, and the persistence and hard work of millions of pro-life Americans is paying off. Now is the time for all Americans to rise up to defend the innocent. We call on Congress and the President to outlaw the ‘abortion pill’ (which now kills more babies than any other technique) and make the defunding of Planned Parenthood in the Medicaid program permanent.”
