Is Halloween’s demonic agenda connected to the prophesied end of days and return of Christ? Rick Pearson uncovers Scriptural mysteries in his latest book, ‘America’s Josiah Moment

‘The greatest deception today isn’t just denying the existence of Satan — it’s convincing the body of Christ that America is not in the Bible’

NEW YORK — As the nation prepares costumes and candy for the upcoming Halloween holiday, many Christians wonder if there is a way to celebrate Halloween in a way that honors their beliefs. While the holiday is steeped in witchcraft and the occult, many churches often host Halloween celebrations. This conversation, while important, fails to address the bigger questions surrounding the holiday, according to author and host of ProphecyUSA Rick Pearson.

“Christians often worry that celebrating Halloween trivializes the existence of Satan and evil, but the real horror is that we have failed to read and understand the Scripture as the unfailing Word of God,” said Pearson. “Satan has convinced the Church that America isn’t a part of God’s narrative even as we observe the United States facing the curses of Deuteronomy 28:15-68 — open borders, foreign invaders, crushing debt, military defeats, moral decay and reprobate culture — which resembles Sodom and Gomorrah.”

Pearson’s latest book, “America’s Josiah Moment: An Endtime Reprieve of Things to Come,” analyzes America’s role in the end of days, decoding seemingly hidden messages that foretell the triumphant return of Christ. Drawing from more than 30 years of study, prophetic insight and international ministry, Pearson confronts the myths, dismantles the excuses and answers the questions many believers are afraid to ask. With stunning parallels between ancient Israel and modern-day America, this timely prophetic message will challenge everything readers thought they knew about end-time prophecy.

“The greatest deception today isn’t just denying the existence of Satan — it’s convincing the body of Christ that America is not in the Bible,” said Pearson. “Just as the religious leaders of Jesus’ day rejected the truth to uphold their traditions (Mark 7:9-13), modern prophecy teachers dismiss the clear biblical evidence that America fulfills every description of Babylon the Great. They claim Babylon is a religious system or a city like Rome, yet Scripture repeatedly calls it a great and mighty nation that rules over the earth (Jer 50:12, 32). America’s fall into spiritual darkness has been prophesied for centuries (Isaiah 47:5-10, Rev 18:2), but so has the final victory and mysterious reward (1 Cor 15:51) for believers who raise up a shout against that darkness (Rev 3:8-11, Rev 19:1-7).”
