FCA announces new EVP of Global Administration and Logistics, Tim Chambers
FCA Chief Administrative Officer Brandon Harvath: ‘It is evident that the Lord has drawn Chambers to carry forward his Christ-centered approach to work in this next phase of life’
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Throughout a deliberate and prayerful journey, it has become evident that the Lord has called Tim Chambers to serve as Executive Vice President of Global Administration and Logistics for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), providing strategic leadership for the ministry’s international administrative infrastructure.
As a pivotal leader for FCA’s international support capabilities, Chambers will provide strategic oversight across a number of administrative functions. He will serve as a key bridge between FCA’s Global Divisional Offices. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer and working closely with the Chief Field Officer, Rick Isaiah, Chambers will oversee the International Divisional Directors of Administration, helping ensure international staff have the infrastructure, resources and logistical pathways needed to thrive in their calling and advance FCA’s mission.

Chambers brings extensive global leadership and operational experience to FCA. He spent 18 years with Compassion International, including serving as Director of Operations for the Africa Region from 2011 to 2020. In that role, he led cross-functional teams across eight national offices, overseeing Finance, IT, Legal/Risk, Human Resources, Procurement, Facilities and Security while collaborating with the global executive team on strategic initiatives.
During his time at Compassion, Chambers led more than 700 staff across eight countries and helped strengthen organizational alignment, leadership development, culture and operational excellence. Under his leadership, the Africa region received the Gallup Organization’s Great Workplace Award five times.
Since 2020, Chambers has served as founder of GlobalShift Advisors, providing executive coaching and strategic consulting to nonprofit organizations and business leaders. He has partnered with executive teams and boards and provided operational leadership during organizational transitions.
Chambers’ faith and leadership have been shaped by a deep commitment to ministry, people and the next generation. He grew up in a ministry-oriented home, was baptized at age 11, and has continued to integrate his faith into his leadership and relationships across cultures and organizations.

It’s an incredible privilege to have the opportunity to build on that legacy and help carry the mission forward as the FCA family continues to grow. I’m especially excited to serve alongside our FCA family around the world, to get to know our people, hear their stories, and learn from what God is already doing in their countries and communities. My heart is to build deep, authentic relationships across cultures and borders and help us grow together as one global FCA family, united in our desire to see lives transformed through Jesus Christ. I’m excited to see where God leads us next and what He will do as we trust Him and pursue this mission together.”
His passion for investing in the next generation is also evident through more than a decade as an assistant wrestling coach at his local high school. For seven years, he hosted a Friday night Bible study for wrestlers. Chambers describes his career as preparing and pouring into the next generation, a calling that connects deeply with his desire to serve with FCA.
Chambers holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Judson University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring from Regent University. He also holds an Associate Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation.
Chambers and his wife have been married for over thirty years and have two children. Their son recently married and lives nearby, while their daughter recently graduated and is teaching kindergarten.
