The Radiance Foundation Comments on the Opening Statements of Dobbs v. Jackson

Ryan Bomberger Calls Out Liberal SCOTUS Judges for ‘…Thinking the Constitution Actually Grants the Right to Kill Innocent Human Beings’

December 6, 2021

WASHINGTON D.C. — As the Supreme Court hears the opening arguments of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health case, many conservatives are optimistic at the potential of reversing the previous ruling of Roe v. Wade. Many see this latest case as the one that might turn the tide and put a halt to the liberal agenda of abortion. With the court seemingly leaning in favor of the conservatives, onlookers eagerly await the outcome of such a weighty case. The decision is set for June 2022 at the latest.

Ryan Bomberger, chief creative officer and co-founder of The Radiance Foundation (Radiance, www.radiance.life) isa passionate pro-life advocate. He argues that all life, planned or unplanned, has purpose. Bomberger recently commented on the first few days of the court case.

“It was painfully apparent that the liberal side of the court’s defense of abortion was clearly political, not medical,” Bomberger stated. “The historic Dobbs v. Jackson case illuminated the weak and inarticulate defenses of Roe by Justices Breyer and Sotomayor in particular. Breyer kept insisting that the doctrine of stare decisis (basing decisions on previous decisions) was paramount in keeping ‘law and order.’ Well, some previous Supreme Court decisions were supremely wrong and brought nothing but disorder, discrimination and death, such as Dred Scott v. Sanford, Plessy v. Ferguson, Minor v. Happersett, Buck v. Bell, Korematsu v. U.S., Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton… just to name a few. Sotomayor repeatedly failed in her efforts to explain the lack of science bolstering a pro-abortion worldview. She denied that science has advanced in the last four decade, bizarrely compared the unborn to ‘dead brain people,’ and proclaimed a fetus is not ‘viable until 23 or 24 months.’ Her defenders would argue she simply misspoke and confused her words. I would say she does the same when she thinks the Constitution actually grants the right to kill innocent human beings.”
