Ryan Bomberger: ‘Public Education’s 3Rs Have Now Become Radicalism, Riskiness, and Rewiring’

September 27, 2021

WASHINGTON D.C. — A recent article exposed the shocking and disturbing “education” Minnesota public schools were subjecting their students of all ages. Fox News reported that parents in the Richfield School District were protesting the schools’ “3R” program (Rights, Respect, and Responsibility), which covered topics such as “self-understanding, family, growth and development, friendship, sexuality, life skills, and health promotion.” The school forced students, no matter their sexual orientation, to roleplay gay and transgender relationships, acting out various relationship scenarios such as straight students pretending they are in a gay or lesbian relationship and to work through whether the hypothetical couple should have sex. The district even had one lesson designed for kindergartners in which teachers are directed to refer to females as ‘a person with a vulva,’ while lessons for upper-grade level students list anal sex alongside vaginal and oral sex as routine intimacy options.

Parents across the nation reacted with horror at this “progressive” education, with Child Protection League Board Member Julie Quist commenting, “Programs like 3Rs are not effective, and this type of teaching has no place in our schools.”

Ryan Bomberger, chief creative officer and co-founder of The Radiance Foundation (Radiance, www.theradiancefoundation.org), commented on the push for “progressive” education and the realities of such graphic instruction at a young age. Public education’s 3Rs have now become Radicalism, Riskiness, and Rewiring as extreme material is presented despite what parents want and what students need. Perhaps in the gay/trans sex role-playing, students could be correctly taught that gonorrhea is 42 times higher among homosexual males than heterosexual males? Perhaps students could be accurately taught that forced sexual intercourse is 3.5 times higher among LGBT youth than heterosexual youth, and sexual dating violence is 2.4 times higher in homosexual/bisexual student relationships than in heterosexual ones? Instead, taxpayer-funded Advocates for Youth’s curriculum deliberately abandons basic scientific truths about our sexuality (whether homosexual or heterosexual) to the detriment of our children.”
