Why President Trump Should Talk About the Economy Every Time He Speaks

Dan Celia Says the Economy Must Be Top of Mind Going Into the Elections; Biblical Investing Authority Urges Voters to Contact White House

PHILADELPHIA— Nationally syndicated host and biblical investing authority Dan Celia has a simple piece of advice for President Donald Trump—focus on talking about the economy.

“We should be telling the president that he owns this economy,” Celia said. “He released its animal spirit with his pro-growth, pro-American agenda—and look what’s happened. We might have an opportunity, for the first time in 15 years, to see GDP over 3 percent. That’s amazing, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg of what could happen. This is all the president should be talking about, not mentioning it in passing or throwing it into a speech. It’s all he should be talking about. Stop talking about the enemy and giving them encouragement. When the president talks about his disdain for the other side, he feeds into what they are trying to accomplish. They cannot dispute, without sounding like fools, this economy.”

In November, Celia added, when everyone is walking into the voting booth, the only thing on their minds should be this flourishing economy, low unemployment, more opportunity, higher wages, lower taxes, a lower poverty rate, immigration reform, respect for the rule of law, the defense of religious liberties, the nomination of Supreme Court justices who will uphold the Constitution and much more.

“These should be the only things voters think about in November and nothing else,” Celia said. “This isn’t complicated. There is something in the president that won’t let him let go of focusing on the enemy. But it’s wrong and it’s a mistake. The American people will have his back if he keeps talking about the economy.”

Celia is encouraging Americans who want to see the President talk more about the positive fundamentals of the economy to act in several ways:

Celia discusses these and other global and economic headlines on his daily, three-hour “Financial Issues” program, heard on about 650 television and radio stations nationwide.
